These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Rofchem Pharmacy. Please read them before ordering.

Who we are

Rofchem Pharmacy is a licensed pharmacy operating in Zimbabwe.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm it and payment has cleared. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where the price was listed in error, or where a pharmacist judges that supply would not be appropriate.

Prescription medicines

Prescription-only medicines are dispensed solely against a valid prescription and at the discretion of the responsible pharmacist. We may contact you or your prescriber before dispensing.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes and may be displayed in more than one currency at the prevailing rate. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Delivery

Delivery times given at checkout are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Returns

For reasons of public safety, medicines and other items that affect health cannot be returned once they have left the pharmacy, except where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Contact us within 7 days in that case and we will replace it or refund you.
