Rofchem Pharmacy respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website or order from us, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.
What we collect
- Account details - your name, email address and phone number.
- Order details - the products you buy, delivery address and payment reference.
- Health-related information - only what you choose to give us so that a pharmacist can dispense safely, for example a prescription or an allergy note.
- Technical data - pages visited and basic device information, used to keep the site working and secure.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to let a pharmacist check that a medicine is appropriate for you, to answer your enquiries, to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, and to protect the site against misuse.
How we handle health information
Prescription and health information is treated as confidential. It is seen only by pharmacy staff who need it to dispense your order, and it is never sold or used for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, and only with our payment provider to take payment and our delivery partner to deliver your order. We do not sell your information. We may disclose information where the law or a regulator requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and dispensing records are kept for the period required by Zimbabwean pharmacy and tax regulations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete what we are not required to keep, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your shopping cart. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart and sign-in will stop working.
